Do you shop to Canada?

How long will it take me to receive my order?
Generally orders ship within 5 business days. Depending on where you are in the country, shipping time will be between  2 and 5 days. If you would like to expedite the shipment of your order, select either Next Day or 2nd Day Air during checkout. Next Day and 2Nd Day orders receive priority in the warehouse so they generally are shipping within a day or two.

How do I return my product?
The warranty on your product is offered by the manufacturer. Your product would have come with the manufacturers warrant contact information. Please refer to it.

How much is Shipping?
Within the Continental United States, Ground Shipping is included in the price of the product.  Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions incur extra shipping costs which will be added to the order during check-out.

Express shipping is as follows:

Next Day Air: Within the Continental United States, there is a flat shipping fee of $75 for orders under $3,000 and 3% of the order value above $3,000. Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions incur extra shipping costs which will be added to the order during check-out.

Second Day Air: Within the Continental United States, there is a flat shipping fee of $50 for orders under $,3000 and  2% of the order value above $3,000. Alaska, Hawaii, and US possessions incur extra shipping costs which will be added to the order during check-out.

Returns and Refunds
All products may be returned within 30 business days for a full refund. To begin processing your refund, you will need an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. Items returned without an RMA may not be refunded.

To get an RMA number, go to our site and click My Order. Enter your 5 digit order number and select the “Request Return” option. Follow the instructions on the screen for your RMA number and the return shipping address. We will send you an email when your return has been processed.

For items to qualify as a refund, the product must be new condition in an unopened and undamaged box. We will charge you $15 for shipping for each item returned.

We charge a 3% restocking fee.

Defective Items
If you suspect that your items is defective please do not open the box, but contact us for an RMA number (see “Returns and Refunds” above). If a box is opened or the product used, it will not be accepted as a return and will have to go through the warranty process.

Damaged During Shipping
If you see that FedEx damaged the box during shipping, please follows the steps below. It is important to follow these steps in order to receive insurance from FedEx.

If you see that the package is damaged, refuse delivery from FedEx and return it to the nearest FedEx location (including FedEx Office Store) within 24 hours. You must do this within 24 hours otherwise FedEx will not accept the insurance claim.

Contact us and we will work with you to process the damaged item. As soon as it is processed, we will send you a new shipment.

Out of Stock Items
Items that are out of stock are not available for sale on the website. You will see an  “Out of Stock” marking. If we accidentally accept your order for an out of stock item, you will be notified via email. The email will include an estimated shipping date. At this point you can either cancel the order for a full refund or can wait until the order shops.

Gift Cards
A Gift Card (also called a Gift Certificate) Is non-refundable. Upon purchasing a gift card, you will receive an email which will include a secret code. Anybody can use this code at checkout

Coupons
Our marketing team frequently runs coupons and other promotions. If you have a coupon, you will be asked for the code at checkout. Look for the box that says “Coupon Code”.
