Intel Shooting Star Drone Light Show

Drones are generally known for their means of delivery transportation and ability to capture brilliant aerial footage. However, who would have known that today, drones are even used as a spectacle! On Monday, January 8, 2018, Intel launched 250 drones over the Bellagio. These light-weight drones illuminated the night sky like shooting stars as they simultaneously moved to form objects like flowers and diamonds. What’s more, this sensational performance was made even better as the brightly-lit drones synced up with the movements of the water shooting out from the ground in the Fountain of Bellagio show. People from all walks of life gathered at the scene as they admired the sheer beauty of nature and technology in silence. If you missed this crowd-pleasing show, feel free to watch it above.

In the end, the video ended with the spectacular sight of all the drones arranging themselves to form the word “Intel”. Indeed, it was such a beautiful and well thought of performance. Now, what else do you think drones will be doing in the future?
